The Edge

The Edge… there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over • Hunter S. Thompson

the edge

The edge has two meanings. It is either the end or the beginning. It implies danger or freedom, often both at the same time.  It is either a goal or a turning point, a place to be or to avoid at all cost – a point of no return for some or a proof of determination for others.

Would you take another step if you knew that you are at the edge?

Things can fall apart, or threaten to, for many reasons, and then there’s got to be a leap of faith. Ultimately, when you’re at the edge, you have to go forward or backward; if you go forward, you have to jump together • Yo Yo Ma
